Jolly Looks exactly like the photos. She was friendly. Service was OK. Nothing special

Suboptimal — She doesnt speak a word of English or German. I asked her twice if she speaks Any of these to which she said yes. It was unpleasant surprise when we met. Moreover she said her secretary agreed to some service she doesnt like to offer. This is fine but not the problem of the customer. This made the experience unpleasant.I personly will not reccomend her.
