Correction:
Prostitution at the client's place (Hausbesuch) is also legal in Upper Austria, e.g. in Linz.
On the other hand, while not forbidden in Burgenland, Hausbesuche are - strictly speaking - not legally possible in that province as every single act of prostitution has to be (pre-)announced to the local authorities.
