Score on booksusi

Is anyone having a strange feeling about this score?! I have very good reviews and even tho my score is not the way it should be. Who is making this scores? And why the costumer support doesn't reply to us? Anyone encountered this? Thanks.

@LilithDivine - thanks for you posting. First of all our support answers normally within a few hours any request. And if your question would be a little more concrete than ‚strange feeling about the score‘ we would be happy to answer it.

No one answer me (sadly) I have very good reviews and the score should be higher. I do my best and it's not fair. I look around this site. Other girls have better than me and worse reviews. How is that possible? Thank you for your reply.

@LilithDivine Don't rely on the score, because the numbers ultimately mean nothing. Customers are more likely to read the text (as long as it is well described). You won't get a satisfactory answer from the admins either. How the evaluation is put together and determines the score is not really logical.

@LittleMaid - 'You won't get a satisfactory answer from the admins either' - also in your case - we don't find any request from you which we did not answer. Therefor please stick to the truth!

@LilithDivine your score is perfect. I've never seen a hotel on Booking with a score of 10, even when all customers leave perfect reviews. Anything above 9 is to be considered as "excellent" and it truly is so.

Look at this. How can she have 10 score when her reviews are not 10 in line !?! I am.telling you something is wrong with the reviews score idk who does this but... deferently not ok....

And I also asked before about this matters but no one cares about this... I work hard and I want my score to be ok . Defenetly I care about that 0.1 procent maybe I could have 9.7 or 9.8 .

I'd like to clarify that the final SedCard score is not simply an average of all review scores. Instead, we consider only the scores from the last 18 months. Additionally, we calculate a standard deviation to determine the statistical mean score, ensuring that any extreme discrepancies are excluded.

As a consumer, I can tell you that initially there is no way to award an absolute 10.0. When I reviewed a provider, the very best I could give at first was 9.6. After a certain amount of time, or a certain amount of reviews, I was able to give 9.8, and then finally 10.0. So that could be a factor in your score being below 10.0.

Another thing I would like to say is that when searching for a provider, while I give the score some weight, it is by no means the only thing at which I look. The description the provider give of themselves and their services is important to me, as well as the reviews of other consumers - their descriptions more so than the score they give.

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you, but perhaps I will. Unfortunately my trips to Vienna or not nearly as often as I wish. When I next travel there, perhaps we can meet.

^^^ what Bryan-2 says! I always read the reviews, as scores are not the best or only measure to get an idea. Sometimes I even read other reviews of reviewers to see how they generally rate. No need to get too nervous about the impact of the numerical score - to me anything above 8 is worth considering strongly, for example.

Really I give up seriously -:))))) I get it kawoom but did you read her reviews?!?!? She has minuses and still 10 score?! ... Nevermind really nevermind .facepalm-
